At Fischers' on the Green, steaks are properly dry aged and hand cut on premises from the finest USDA Choice or Prime, corn fed Certified Angus Beef TM. We char-broil all steaks and chops at extremely high temperatures, approximately 1700F, to seal in moisture and to create a distinctive charred appearance and flavor. Most of our steaks are quite thick and are best prepared rare to medium.
